1. Contact our Service & Repairs department on 0871 386 0880 in Cwmbran and explain the nature of the problem.
You may also email service@bewator.co.uk.
You will be given a return number (RMA #), which you need to quote on ALL paperworks and on the outside of the packaging of the returned products.
Products to be returned should be sent to the attention of: Repair Department.
You will also be offered an invoiceable Advanced Replacement (Within in 30 days of invoice).
2. Complete the "Service Repair" form.
We will send you this form as a matter of principle, but you can also download it from this website.
Once completed and signed, please fax it back to us.
3. What happens next...
Once we receive the goods, we will investigate the problem, and put corrective actions in place.
If the products are within the warranty, then products will be replaced/repaired as soon as possible, free of charge*.
