Following our office move earlier this year, our contact telephone numbers have changed to 0871 xxxxxx numbers. The cost of a call to an 0871 number depends on the caller's own provider, but is typically up to 8ppm.
There were 3 key reasons why we decided to migrate to 0871 numbers:

0871 numbers allows us to constantly monitor the level of incoming calls to Bewator, as well as see how quickly we answer your call. The information we gain from the network has already been used to increase staff in certain departments to ensure that your call is answered as quickly as possible.
Reason 2 - Numbers will never change -
As our business grows, staff will increasingly be working from alternative locations around the UK. By using 0871 numbers, our staff keep the same numbers wherever they go, so our customers avoid calling Bewator several times to locate a staff member.
Reason 3 - Resilience
Using 0871 numbers allows Bewator to have our numbers backed-up to alternative emergency numbers. Therefore in a disaster scenario, our customers will always be able to speak to us.
