As you know by now Siemens Building Technologies (SBT) acquired Bewator in December 2005. The objective of the acquisition was to extend Siemens product portfolio of access control to address the complete market requirement from a single door to a large integrated system. Bewator has become the product managment function for access control for Siemens worldwide.

SBT has a similar Product line function for CCTV which has already taken over the product management of the Bewator CCTV range.

Siemens operates globally and as such SBT has sales organisations in many countries and these will now offer you the Bewator range of CCTV products along side an extensive range of Siemens CCTV products from October 1 2006.  You will then receive a local account management and logistics service offering you a more comprehensive product portfolio. In some countries where no SBT office is present, your account will be handled by SBT International.

We will continue to work closely with our network of installers and partners and provide the same service and support that we always have. In fact, we aim to deepen and strengthen these relationships.
